Threshold Stimulation
Threshold stimulation is the minimum amount of stimulation that your brain requires for it to not start creating its own stimulation in order to concentrate on the task its doing
most known example of it is listening to music while doing something else like studying or working
this is a method to keep yourself concentrated on the task and avoid dozing off, or getting distracted
another thing is playing the radio or keeping the TV on.
There are periods of time where I was able to freely concentrate on the task without keeping a threshold stimulation source, and for a long period of time too.
However due to my current job, I can't do that anymore, it's necessary for me to always have somethin to listen to, especially a human voice, I keep listening to standup comedy, radio stations, music in public transportation just to distract myself from the other things I'm doing or thinking about, or in this case to help me think, I also play video games, to help me think because If I stop, I can easily lose track of time and just pass the whole day thinking about the same thing.
Has heard that journaling can help in order to organize your thoughts and to keep them in check in a way, so that's what i'm doing on this blog.
I find it very boring to write on a copybook especially that i haven't been using a pen for a while now and a copybook is something anyone can read. Here nobody knows who I am, and thanks to the google algorithm it's hard to find my blog online. so i'll just keep writing
it's also very helpful to have a text online, that you can find easily in the future rather than a copybook that can get old, and would be hard to read later (i can use pictures here too hehehe)
